Every client starts with a free 30-minute Zoom feasibility consultation where we discuss your vision, assess what's achievable on your property, and provide honest advice about planning considerations, realistic timelines, and costs. There's no obligation and no pressure – just practical guidance from someone who's helped hundreds of families through this exact process.
Our three fixed-fee packages are designed to suit different needs and budgets. The Essential package starts from £1,350 plus VAT and covers straightforward extensions under permitted development. The Pre-Build package at £1,950 plus VAT includes full planning applications with all the necessary drawings and documentation. For those who want comprehensive support right through to tender stage, our Premium package at £2,950 plus VAT includes Building Regulations submissions and tender documentation. All packages require just £250 deposit to begin, and all prices are fixed – no hourly rates creeping up as the project develops.
