We have used Affix three times: to replace all of our windows; to install a Supalite roof on our conservatory; and most recently to replace our front door. On all three occasions we have been happy customers. Affix is a friendly, professional, family business. The sales team provided all of the information we needed, and at no point were they pushy or trying to upsell. The products are of a high quality and the installation has been top quality.

Affix provided excellent help and advice when choosing the design of the doors. The survey was completed promptly and delivery quicker than expected. The installation teams were very efficient and professional.  A couple of minor fixes were required (nothing serious) which were quickly rectified on a return visit. Overall very satisfied and pleased with the new doors.

We are absolutely delighted with our new front door. From initial consultation at their showroom, through to installation, the staff, the surveyor and the fitters have all been great. Singled out for a special mention is Connor, who has been unceasingly patient as we made up (and changed) our minds! At no point was there any 'hard sell', they just genuinely helped us to get the door we wanted. If our experience is anything to go by, you can buy from Affix with confidence.

New kitchen/utility door/windows and sliding doors installed by Affix in August 2023. The whole experience with Affix was excellent from the initial discussion to the home visit to finalize order (without any 'pressure' from the sales person Connor); surveyor and then installation. The installation was quick and to a high standard and no mess left behind. Happy to recommend.

Affix windows have been amazing from start to finish. They have exceeded my expectations. It's great to see the family working together and great to support their business. Macey was great and helped keep changing my design until I achieved the look of windows I was happy with. The pricing is very competitive and the service and care is perfect! Dan and Elliot are amazing window fitters... they repair any accidental wall damage, and I would never have known there was any by the time they left.. The trim they fit internally on the windows is a work of art. I will also recommend Affix to anyone who needs windows or doors.
