AJM Constructions Ltd – BUILDERS – Greenwich, Southwark and Lewisham

We had AJ and his team complete a full renovation of our Victorian terrace in South East London, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The project was a complete back to brick renovation. We removed the roof and added a new second floor, replaced all the windows, built a double loft extension and a ground floor kitchen extension, completely rewired and installed a new central heating and underfloor heating system. From the initial site visit and quote through to completion, AJ and his team were excellent. They were always polite, respectful of our home, hardworking, and happy to go the extra mile. AJ was always available to meet, talk through the plans, and explain each stage of the build so we knew what to expect. He was also incredibly helpful when dealing with Building Control, Thames Water, and other unexpected issues that came up along the way. Like any major renovation, not everything went exactly to plan. Whenever challenges arose, AJ came up with practical solutions and offered sensible advice to help us achieve the result we wanted, while keeping the project moving. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and we're really pleased with the finished house. If you're looking for a reliable builder who communicates well, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about delivering a great result, I'd have no hesitation recommending AJ and his team.

AJ and his team have been open minded and hard-working from the start. We have been working with them for the last 6 months or so and have found communication to be very good. AJ always replies promptly and plans ahead. Him and his team are incredibly polite, diligent and clean - barely a speck of dust could be found after they moved an entire doorway, I couldn’t believe it! I would recommend them to anyone in the area and will hopefully be using them for more work in the future.
