Glass Design & Build London – BUILDERS – Kensington and Chelsea

We employed Glass Design and Build London to replace and improve four overhead roof lights – the largest of which involved installing a single sheet of glass weighing 480 kilos – no small job.  The original glass was badly installed, and our house is old, so it was a complicated and difficult job.   We were very pleased with the final results.    Mark and his team did a really good job; they were proactive, good at explaining in advance what was happening, receptive to requests and changes, punctual (and started on the agreed date), hard-working and, importantly, neat and tidy while the work was ongoing.   The job took longer than estimated (as always in our building experience), but importantly and unusually, from our perspective, the budget did not increase.  I would recommend them and be prepared to talk through our experiences openly and honestly if  needed.
