Hello I am Frazer, the proud owner of Nunnal Developments LTD,

A little about us

With many happy and returning customers over the last 8 years in the trade, you can be sure of being well looked after. Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well. Our customers often comment that every colleague they interact with is approachable and cheerful; we find that promoting a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.

I am a bricklayer by trade but have a wealth of knowledge and experience in building services. We specialize in extensions and conversions but are more than happy to give free advice for any query our customers may have for their project visions.

We are available during working hours, Monday to Friday. Outside of those hours you are more than welcome to contact us via email or request a call back.

Nunnal Developments has worked for me on two jobs in Brentwood Essex and has been very professional, compliant and friendly throughout their works. All of the team have a strong knowledge of construction, both New Build and Conversion and always has a solution to a architectural or engineering error in a timely manner and in reason includes within his paid works. Would highly recommend this contractor over a lot of the incompetent contractors in the market.
