We'd had no hot water for six days waiting for the company who had fitted the system, but after a recommendation from a friend, we called SP&H and he came as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem and we were sorted in an hour an a half!

Installation of a heated towel rail and associated plumbing work. “We wanted a heated towel rail in our downstairs bathroom and were advised to choose one we would like. Then we received assurance that our choice could be installed and further advised as to which valves would be needed. The work was done extremely well and neatly and is working perfectly - we now have a warm bathroom and space to dry the towels on the rail. The gentleman who did the job for us was very personable and pleasant, consulted us about the positioning of the rail and answered all our questions, and overall we are very pleased.”

Bathroom refurbishment. “They gave excellent advice before and during the project and provided a friendly, efficient service which has resulted in a brilliant new bathroom. They also helped with other plumbing issues around the house and I will definitely be getting them back to do more work for me.”
