The Loftroom – LOFT CONVERSIONS SPECIALISTS – RICHMOND

The Loft room have been an absolutely brilliant company to deal with. From the first point of contact to the end of the build, we have been looked after and nothing has ever been a problem. Our initial meeting with Paul was simple and easy, just a casual chat to establish what we were after, a few measurements and absolutely no hard sell! The quote was received quickly and it was comparable with three other Loft specialist/building companies. The Loft room were always happy to answer any of our many questions throughout the whole process and they even arranged a viewing of a loft they had previously built. At this early stage you could see how professional they were and showed great customer service. After eventually securing planning permission we were ready to start. Throughout the project, Paul, Rich, Melissa, Helen and Maggie have always been available to help and advise in the nicest and friendliest manner. The team who carried out the work were brilliant – Dave and Cameron were present on a daily basis throughout the build and carried out the work with great competence and attention to detail. They were a pleasure to have around, courteous, considerate and always willing to help. The rest of the team – electricians, plumbers and plasterer all worked to the very same high standard. We were kept updated most days, either by our on site team or Helen in the office, with what has been done and what’s next. The Loft room have created a fantastic master bedroom and ensuite space with a huge panoramic window out of the dormer giving us awesome views across the countryside. We would not hesitate to recommend the Loft Room to anyone considering a loft conversion.

After a week of us constantly asking questions, and Maggie and Melissa promptly answering them, it was clear to us that we wanted to use The Loft Room. We arranged some viewings of lofts they had converted and were impressed with the quality of their work and the feedback from the customers. Once we had permission from the council, work commenced shortly after and we have been extremely impressed with how hard working and tidy the team are. Our on site team, Lewis and Dan, have been fantastic and a pleasure to have in our house, they have worked very hard to create our amazing space. We have been kept updated most days, either by our on site team or Jo in the office, with what has been done and what’s next. All deadlines have been met, this company work their backsides off to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We have even had the big boss on site to help advise on particular bits and help us resolve any minor issues we had which was really reassuring! I will be recommending The Loft Room to everyone!!

Their quote was competitive and their work is very high quality - we are thrilled with our new bedroom and bathroom! Everyone at The Loft Room is really friendly and professional, and communication with both our project manager, builders, and the back office has been exceptional throughout. Everyone involved in our loft conversion has produced great quality work and I’ve been seriously impressed by how hard our builders - led by the amazing Marius - worked every day. The Loft Room recently finished our loft project and we are extremely pleased with our new space. The team were great and worked efficiently to a high quality finish. Rich managed the project really well and no ask was too much... he helped us explore different options with the build design and he has been back several times since the build part of the project ended to see how everything is coming along. There was a WhatsApp group set up at the start of the project between Rich, my husband and I, to which he promptly replied to every message and request that we had across the whole project. We have just had the loft of our Victorian semi-detached house converted by Paul, Rich and their team at the Loft Room. The transformation has been amazing - they have added a spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a beautifully lit flight of stairs to the house, and all without losing any of our existing living space. We feel that this is a great enhancement to our house. We found the Loft Room on the web and the introductory visit by Paul Gibbs to discuss feasibility and costs confirmed our initial impression that this was a very professional company. Throughout the project, Paul, Rich and Maggie have always been available to help and advise in the nicest and friendliest manner. The work was carried out to schedule: Rich's coordination of the different trades was amazing, as was the speed and frequency of his communication.
