From our initial meeting with Mark & James we felt they were the right builders for us. They never lied to get the work. Their honesty was refreshing. We had a loft extension. Thank you to everyone involved. Thank you James for always being two steps ahead! Thank you Ash & Joe. Such great workers and to all the other people that helped to make our loft an amazing space. We also decided during the build that we would replaster our whole house and reconfigure our upstairs (move bathroom) This was done with ease. Nothing was too much trouble. At every stage additional work was priced for and not done without our permission. Infact one thing we really liked about Cox Format was that all work was invoiced in stages. At no point did we feel that they would runaway with our money. Mark is very professional. If there was ever an issue or anything we wanted, he would always come back to us as soon as he could. Cox do not shy away from dealing with a problem! Lastly we then had our 6 meter kitchen extension built. Wow, we still have imposter syndrome!! Thank you to Graham, Ricky, Melvin, Roy and all the other trades people that did work. We would highly recommend Cox Format to anyone thinking of having work done. The company is ran so well. We felt that we could go out during the day and leave our belongings there safely. We would definitely use you again.

We have now used Cox Format on 3 separate occasions over many years to carry out loft conversions and kitchen extension. They have consistently worked to a very high standard. In addition to great workmanship (with zero snagging / problems) they are timely, polite and courteous, and they respond to any queries / issues very promptly. Highly recommend.
