Sammy was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. We went for two separate planning applications and both were approved with no issues both times. Having an architect that is also a structural engineer is extremely useful too and speeds up the whole process! Definitely recommend.

We have engaged OPS for a level 3 survey report in June 2025. The survey was arranged in a few days. Sammy gave us a quick update by phone a few hours after completing the survey to inform us of his key findings regarding the property. The full survey report was out one week after the survey and Sammy provided a very detailed explanation of the report on the phone, with clear advice on which areas we need to pay attention for clarification with the lawyer and landlord, and listed out the items that we may claim compensation from the landlord when we proceed with the purchase. We had many subsequent calls with Sammy on advice regarding renovations and Sammy provided very helpful advice, and also referred different experts for services like asbestos examination, boiler installation, submitting application for building control etc. In our opinion, Sammy has a very high professional standard and also offers friendly advice for his clients, highly recommended!

He supported me with the planning application and Building Control submissions for my porch, garage conversion, and new windows. Thanks to his diligent work, the entire process was smooth and well‑managed. He was proactive throughout the Building Control stage, providing practical solutions to address the inspector’s comments - even some of these comments were minor or not entirely aligned with the practical realities on site. He also liaised directly with the Building Control team and other professionals to discuss technical issues and agree on effective remedial actions for my builder to implement.
