Sammy is a highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive surveyor. He supported me with the planning application and Building Control submissions for my porch, garage conversion, and new windows. Thanks to his diligent work, the entire process was smooth and well‑managed. He was proactive throughout the Building Control stage, providing practical solutions to address the inspector’s comments - even some of these comments were minor or not entirely aligned with the practical realities on site. He also liaised directly with the Building Control team and other professionals to discuss technical issues and agree on effective remedial actions for my builder to implement.
